1. We consider you have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process.  If you wish to make changes to an order, please contact us via email:  farm@whites-farm.co.uk at least 48 hours before requested delivery date.

2. Our boxes of flowers are £65 each inclusive of VAT and carriage and contain 20 flowers.  We reserve the right to change the price at any time without notice.  The flowers will be a selection of colours available at the time of despatch and this will vary throughout the season.

3. Anticipated delivery dates are detailed on the order form.  We reserve the right to alter these dates without prior notice should this be necessary due to the vagaries of the growing season.

4. Our standard delivery is next day and the boxes will be left in a safe space if there is no-one at home. We cannot take responsibility for the flowers once they have been despatched.  We cannot guarantee any delivery once it has left our site, or be held responsible for delays. The flowers will be in an optimum condition when they leave us, however we cannot guarantee that if delayed, they will not be affected.  We recommend trimming stems and placing in fresh cool water as soon as possible when the flowers will normally recover quickly.

5. If you are unhappy with our flowers please contact us via email farm@whites-farm.co.uk as soon as possible but as stated previously we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
